Born and raised in Waterloo, IA, Debbie brings to the table a broad professional background with various interests and experiences.
Debbie attended the University of Northern IA; graduated from the Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa, OK; worked as a manufacturer's sales rep in the wholesale women's apparel industry and traveled extensively in the Midwest for 7 years prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in 1986, which was soon followed by a licensed Realtor Broker Associate; is a Graduate of the Realtor's Institute and a Certified Relocation Expert; has received the following designations: Certified Residential Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative.
Other areas of expertise in the real estate industry include building custom designed spec homes in partnership with a custom home builder; listing and selling lots in several new subdivsions; listing and selling several new townhome developments; experienced in 1031 Tax Exchanges; has owned, managed and rehabilitated rental and multi-family properties; has experience with farmland sales, commercial property, and lake property in northwest MN.
